This luxurious four bedroom villa in the prestigious Edgewater community at Barefoot Resort will be a vacation experience you’ll want to replicate year after year. Prepare a wonderful dinner in the spacious kitchen, enjoy it at the dining room table while looking out over the golf course from the third floor and then relax on the screened in porch after dinner and watch the sun go down. With a split floor plan (master bedroom on one side of the unit and the other three bedrooms on the other side), parents can pop a movie in the bedroom for the kids and enjoy some quiet time in the living room.
If staying in is not your style, you’ll love that this community is gated and has its own private pool that requires proof you’re a resident or visitor. Since this neighborhood sits right on the Intercoastal Waterway, you can also enjoy fishing from the banks or watch the boats go by as you sun by the pool. Leaving the property can be fun as well, with the beach access only a few minutes from the resort! In addition, Barefoot Landing is just right across the Intercoastal Waterway, and has shopping and restaurants in abundance.
