1404 in the North Tower is a large four bedroom, three bath luxurious penthouse unit in Barefoot Resort. As you walk into the unit you will note the tiled floors through the kitchen and main living areas. To your left is the full kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Grecian columns line up along the center separating the dining room from the hall way. Just past the dining room is the living room furnished with a small oriental area rug, wing chairs, large comfortable couch and entertainment center. Step through the French doors on to the private balcony over looking the Intracoastal Waterway and a breathtaking view of the ocean.

As you step into the master bedroom you will find beautiful hardwood floors with a cherry finish. The large king bed is centrally located on the accent wall. The bedcover is a luxurious stain glass patterned quilt with matching shams. The second bedroom has a king size sleigh bed and is decorated in light colors with wall to wall carpeting. A queen size bed is located in the third bedroom; covered with a beautiful pink floral bed spread. There is wall to wall carpeting in this beautifully decorated bedroom. The fourth bedroom has matching extra long twin beds with rattan style furnishings and wall to wall carpeting. Matching white bed spreads with light green palmetto trees adorn each of the beds.
